Dear Brothers and Sisters - Thankyou for your prayers concerning Graham.  Please continue to prayer for this close friend & non-believer as he struggles with addictions (mainly alcohol and nicotine) spanning 40 years.  Your prayers would be appreciated now and over the next couple of weeks especially as Graham has made a conscous decision to stop smoking - Praise God.  He is taking tablets and has a plan.  Pray that he sticks to the plan and is given daily strength to fight the cravings and urges. 

Prayer also for our friendship at this time, which will inevitably come under strain.  I have tried to encourage Graham by responding in a positive way to his plan.  I am concerned that he will take it the wrong way.  Pray that he will learn to appreciate my friendship.  Pray for healthy communication and to bind any generational curses and bondage that Graham has over him.  Pray for a healing of his mind and the many emotional scars as well as the addiction to nicotine.

Re Alcohol addiction at 9.45pm on Thursdays and Sundays - please continue to lift Graham to God our Father at these times.  Pray also that Graham will have normal sexual desires and not abnormal lustful desires for a younger woman.  Pray that God wil invervene and intercede in this situation for all concerned.
